It all started when, in 1978 in the city of Utrecht (Netherlands), Carlos Manuel Serra dos Santos fell in love the first time I saw a hot air balloon. Until 1992 he accompanied Dutch and Spanish teams, having performed flights in Holland (Utrecht), France (Limoge, Pau), Switzerland (Basel), Spain (Ponteceso, Corunã, Ponferrada, Logronõ, Madrid), United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) and Morocco (Ourzazate, Marrakech).
